Itinerary
Thursday, Octover 6th- Join us for Dave's Serenata to Ana!!!. The Serenata will start at 8PM.The Serenata is a pre-wedding tradition in Colombia in which the groom surprises the bride with a serenade (this often happens after she has gone to sleep). Often the Serenata involves a band and a surprise party with the friends and family of the bride and groom.
Friday, October 7th - Arrival to Bogotá with airport pick-up, settle into hotel.
Rehearsal dinner will take place at Club Asociación Casamata, located on Calle 193 no 35b - 50 Bogota, Colombia. Coctels will be provided at 6PM and dinner will be serve at 7PM.
Saturday, October 8th - Your choice of morning activities. At 3:30 pm busses will meet guests at the hotels and take you to the ceremony site and to the reception site.
Sunday, October 9th - At 11:00 AM busses will meet guests at the hotel and take you to Cachipay, a small town an hour away from the city where Ana's family has grow coffee for more than 80 years. Later we will invite you to a BBQ Party at La Mesa, Cundinamarca, where Ana's family have a Country House.
For those who want to go to Cartagena, transportation will be available to take you to the airport after the BBQ , for your 8:30PM or 10:00PM flight or next day early in the morning. Please RSVP.
The Airport is only an hour away and the flight to Cartagena takes around two hours
Wensday, October 12th - We return from La Mesa. Tour Bogotá to take a guided tour of Bogotá to see notable sights like Monserrate, museums, shopping and the historic district.
